Ziel:
Erlernen der Grundlagen im Mannschaftsboot, Bootskunde, Schifffahrtsregeln, Bootsgewöhnung, Handling der Boote an Land sowie auf dem Wasser. Techniken sind z.B. vorwärts und rückwärts Rudern, Wende, Anlegen, Ablegen, Stoppen.


Anmerkung:
Alle Teilnehmer*innen bestätigen mit der Buchung Ihre Schwimmfähigkeit und erkennen die
Bootshausordnung
des FU-Wassersportzentrums an.
Nach Abschluss des Kurses kann die "FU-Ausleihberechtigung Mannschaftsboot" ausgestellt werden, die zur Bootsmiete mit einer zusätzlichen Bootsführer*in befähigt. Die Bootsführer*in muss zusätzlich eine Bootsführer*in-Prüfung ablegen.
Bei Interesse kann nach dem Kursende am Rudertreff am Samstag teilgenommen werden.

Bitte wetterfeste Sportkleidung und Turnschuhe, Wechselbekleidung sowie eine Ein-Euro-Münze für das Schließfach mitbringen.

Voraussetzung:
Ruder-Vorerfahrungen im Skiff oder im Mannschaftsboot. Sicheres Skullen wird vorausgesetzt!




Aim:
Learn the basics in the crew boat, boating knowledge, navigation rules, boat familiarisation, handling of the boats on land as well as on the water. Techniques include rowing forwards and backwards, tacking, mooring, casting off, stopping.

Remark:
With the booking the ability to swim is confirmed. All participants accept the boathouse rules of the FU Water Sports Centre.
After completion of the course, the "FU Hire Permit" can be issued, which entitles the participant to hire a boat independently with a coxswain.
If you are interested, you can also take part in the rowing meeting on Saturdays after the end of the course.

Please bring weatherproof sportswear and trainers, a change of clothes and a one-euro coin for the locker.

Prerequisite:
Previous rowing experience in a skiff, safe handling in a racing racer is required!
