Das Ballspiel, auch Merkball genannt, ist eine spannende und lustige Variante vom Völkerball. Alle spielen gleichzeitig gegeneinander auf einem Feld von ca. 8x8 Metern. Mit einem oder zwei weichen Softbällen versuchst du, die anderen Spielerinnen und Spieler abzuwerfen.

Wenn du getroffen wirst, musst du kurz raus – aber keine Sorge: Du wirst schnell wieder „zum Leben erweckt“ und darfst zurück ins Spiel, sobald die Person, die dich abgeworfen hat, selbst auch getroffen wird. Gefangene Bälle zählen nicht als Treffer – also immer schön aufmerksam bleiben!

Damit es nie langweilig wird, probieren wir im Kurs auch verschiedene Zombieball-Variationen aus. So bleibt das Spiel immer spannend und abwechslungsreich! Nebenbei trainierst du Schnelligkeit, Ausdauer, Zielsicherheit und dein Reaktionsvermögen.

The ball game, also known as Merkball, is an exciting and fun variation of dodgeball. Everyone plays against each other at the same time on a field measuring about 8x8 meters. Using one or two soft balls, you try to knock the other players out of the game.

If you get hit, you’re out for a short while—but don’t worry: You’ll quickly be “brought back to life” and can return to the game as soon as the person who knocked you out gets hit themselves. Caught balls don’t count as hits—so always stay alert!

To keep things interesting, we’ll also try out different Zombie Ball variations during the class. This keeps the game exciting and varied! Along the way, you’ll improve your speed, endurance, accuracy, and reaction time.
